Bonnevie Construction worked on an attic renovation for our family during the winter and spring of 2007.  They turned an unfinished attic space into a beautiful master suite, complete with cathedral ceiling, jacuzzi tub, shower, and two walk-in closets.  Randy was a pleasure to work with, creative at finding solutions to the difficulties that arose when working with an older house.  We were delighted when the project finished on time.  We’ve had such a great experience working with Randy that we’ve asked him and his team to come back to work on additional projects.  We have really appreciated his responsiveness, creativity and sense of humor!

We have used Bonnevie Construction for a few of our home remodeling projects. Each time we were pleased with the experience and found everyone to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were always very responsive to our concerns and questions, from the design phase through construction punch list. Our largest project with Bonnevie Construction was the build-out of a new two-level outdoor deck with a hot tub area. Randy’s knowledge of construction was extremely valuable in designing the foundation and platform for the hot tub, as we wanted it to be placed on the deck level which would be 10 feet above ground. It was a rather big challenge! We also requested that the tub be slightly sunken within the flooring of the deck for ease of entry. The end result exceeded our expectations! We believe Bonnevie Construction provides excellent service and would recommend them to everyone we know.

The final work product was EXCELLENT, a beautiful, thorough, quality job. Chris asked us questions when he was unclear of our preference, and we trusted his recommendations when questions arose that we were unsure of.  Kelly in the office was also excellent. She makes her customers feel like they are a top priority, and she really underscores the sense that the contractor is a partner in getting a great job done, as opposed to a busy company that might get back to you when they have time.  Overall great experience. We would definitely recommend to others.

We hired Bonnevie Construction to complete a renovation of our commercial office space and are very satisfied with the results. Randy was personally involved from the beginning in the design layout which was very helpful for us to visualize the space. We had Bonnevie Construction design and renovate an existing family room into an office and a mudroom as well as an addition off the back to extend our kitchen/dining area. By using green construction practices, they were able to salvage and reuse materials from one of the existing rooms for the new project. They also installed our favorite feature-cork flooring. From demolition to the final painting, the Bonnevie team was a pleasure to work with and we are thrilled with the results of the renovation.
