Randy Bonnevie

President

Owner Randy Bonnevie has been in the construction industry since his early teens working with his father and older brother. Randy joined the United States Marine Corps in 1976, and was honorably discharged 1981. Randy then returned to the construction field working for some well-respected local contractors before starting his own business in 1987. He joined the United States Army Reserve’s 187th Infantry Brigade in late 1981, and retired as a Master Sergeant after 20 years of service.  In 1997 Randy Incorporated the Business as a Design Build Company out of Massachusetts and enjoys taking a hands on approach in every aspect of the business. He enjoy’s working closely with the customers to create their dream projects and leads the company insistent on the highest level of customer service, superior quality craftsmanship and honesty that includes a high set of family values.

Chris Guptill

Project Manager

Chris is our project manager and our lead man in the field. He assists in job estimation, scheduling and quality control. He ensures a high level product quality is delivered on every project we do. His dedication to high customer service, satisfaction and honest values is what makes him a key asset to the company.  Chris is a wedi Certified Installer and his knowledge of the construction field shows in everything he does and has been a major part of Bonnevie Constructions success over the years.

Chris has been with BCI since 1997 and is an integral part of the company.

Hayley Bonnevie

Marketing Manager

Hayley is our specialist in Marketing, who maintains all of our social media and online presence.  Hayley has been in the marketing industry for over 10 years and during that time she has established and maintained over 140 businesses with their Marketing needs.  Her passion resonates in digital engagement for small businesses and she prides herself on customer service and dedication to her clients.  Hayley promotes a professional online point of contact for the company.  She specializes in the growth and development by using the most current marketing strategies, along with the best trending ideas known to our trade.

Free In-Home Consultation

  • Establish your design ideas and your overall needs
  • Evaluate the project’s feasibility
  • Review potential design options and clarify the project scop
  • Establish your budget or investment range (Budgets are discussed so the design fits the budget, not the other way around)
  • Review the design agreement
  • Sign design & specification agreement (unless owners have all required drawings, documents and project specifications for accurate estimates)

Initial Design Development

  • Measure, photograph and document existing conditions
  • Additions -Establish lot set back requirements and access excavation area
  • Develop a project scope based on your needs and preferences
  • Consider and discuss your budget requirements
  • Review 3-D drawings (preliminary floor plans & design perspectives)
  • Evaluate design options and/or restrictions
  • Kitchens-Discuss appliance options and local retail store recommendations (owners evaluate and purchase their own appliances with guidance as needed from us)
  • Discuss any major or minor design alterations and revise as needed (discuss any structural issues that may need engineering approval)
  • Review the project scope and budget
  • Approve the preliminary design

Pre-Construction Conference

  • Review the project schedule, discuss milestones and any customer purchased item due dates.
  • Discuss specific homeowner concerns and requests (where construction vehicles need to park, pet issues, bathrooms to use, dumpster location etc…)
  • Explain project procedures and work flow
  • Review the project specifications
  • Review the project construction plans
  • Set up schedule for weekly site meetings

Project Production Procedures

  • Weekly job site meetings

  • Work site regulations and safety (daily and weekly clean up and organization of materials, tools & equipment)
  • Project milestone evaluation and adjustments for any changes to contract.
