When building a new home there are hundreds of things to consider. Starting right from the ground, soil drainage…to put in a drainage system or not. What type of foundation coating should you use? Has the soil under the foundations footing been disturbed, if so has it been compacted properly? Are there clear spans involved in the overall design and are they adequate for your expected use? Have all the details been addressed with respect to cabinetry, flooring, any custom carpentry details that need to be identified? Deck Builders

Custom decks are one of our specialties…from a one level to a tri-level deck with recessed hot tub we’ve done them. Composite materials have become the standard for new and remodeled desks. If you have an existing deck, there are cases when simple adjustments can be made and the main framing salvaged if pressure treated was used. We have taken older decks with solid existing framing and made them better adding additional up to code connections to the home and some much needed bracing or additional joist hanger. We always inspect the existing framework first before adding to it and the projects ends up looking like it was always there. Salvaging your existing deck saves on time and money and that’s Green for the environment and it puts Green in your pocket. The end result is a deck you will be proud to have guests over on time and time again.
